Crimping Machine Installation and Notes

When moving a hydraulic hose crimping machine, you'd better use a fork lift. Never to place a hydraulic hose crimping machine upside down. A pair of specialized handle is designed on two both sides for temporary move by hand.

1. Installation: horizontally arrange the hydraulic hose crimping machine by fastening it to a solid foundation.

2. Oil Filling: fill the oil tank with standard hydraulic oil around 2/3 of the total capacity.

3. Wire Connecting: connect the power cords to the stipulated power connector, put on the power to check rotary direction of the motor: rotary direction should be same as marked direction of the motor, otherwise swap wiring the two connectors. Fine-tuning: used to adjust amount of contraction when pressing the hydraulic hose, turning anticlockwise for a circle means pressing 1mm more, and turning clockwise for a circle means pressing 1mm less.

4. Pressure Adjustment: the max system pressure is 31.5MPa for hydraulic hose crimping machine, which can be adjusted by pressure-relief valve, where clockwise adjustment makes pressure increase, and anticlockwise adjustment makes pressure decrease (it is pre-set before leaving factory, and can be adjusted by users if necessary). Speed for die opening can be adjusted by split-flow valve, where clockwise adjustment makes speed increase, and anticlockwise adjustment makes speed decrease; however too fast die-open speed will lead to increased noise, optimum value is no bigger than 10Mpa (it is pre-set before leaving factory, and can be adjusted by users if necessary).
