Solutings of crimping machine problems

During the use of hose crimping machine, there may be some problems in itself. These problems may cause damage to itself, and may also affect safety of the buckled hose assembly. What are the common faults?

1) Rusting and corrosion; the hose crimping machine itself is of metal texture. Rust and corrosion may be caused by damaged outer layer of anti-rust, machine being exposed in rainy conditions for a long time, or in direct contact with corrosive substances.

2) Oil leakage fault; this fault may be caused by problem of hose & fitting itself, not appropriate length of hoses cut, or quality of the crimping machine itself.

3) Loose hose assembly; unqualified crimping size, loose components of hose crimping machine etc. attribute to this fault.
